Prior to starting Human Capital Sales Search, Patrick Fitzpatrick worked in the Office Technology/Services Industry for almost forty years with IKON Office Solutions, a $5.5.billion NYSE company acquired by Ricoh Corporation. Patrick was the Vice President of Sales in IKON’s initial expansion into the NYC market in 1994, building that from under $3M in annual equipment sales to over $30M in four years. His hands-on involvement in the daily tasks of sourcing, hiring, training, and developing sales talent makes him a natural for sourcing and recruiting sales reps and sales executives for you.
