Industry veteran, Patrick Fitzpatrick created Human Capital Sales Search, a sales recruitment firm that focuses on quality sales job placements. Throughout his 30+ years in the industry, Patrick has identified that sales turnover, coupled with unqualified sales candidates, has significant negative affect on a company's bottom line and ability to grow.

Additionally, the complexity of the modern sales landscape brought with it a demand for a more sophisticated sales force that had the knowledge, or proven consultative approach to successfully promote these services.

redman   Patrick Fitzpatrick has worked in the Office Technology/Services Industry for over 30 years. His hands on involvement in the daily tasks of hiring, evaluating, driving and developing sales talent make him a natural at selecting and placing senior sale reps and sales managers for you. For the past 20 years he has worked at the Vice President or Director level at Ricoh USA (formerly IKON Office Solutions). Most recently as the Director of Sales in South Carolina and previously in Tennessee, Connecticut and New York City. Patrick was the Director of Sales in IKON’s initial expansion into NYC in 1994, building that from under $3M in annual equipment sales to over $30M in four years.
